Selena Gomez is an internationally known actress and singer. One of the projects she's participated in with the highest success was the Disney series he Wizards of Waverly Place. The full title of her name is Selena Marie Gomez. Born on the 22nd of July 1992 in Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett, and Ricardo Gomez are her parents. Her mother was only sixteen at the time Selena first came into the world. When she was 9 she was offered her first position as a showgirl when she got the role of Gianna as Gianna in Barney and her Friends. The result was that she became one the children who played with the most well-known anthropomorphic purple dinosaurs in the history of science. Selena was a part of the show's seasons 7 and 8. The time period was 2001 to 2003. Fun trivia: Demi Lovato, who was a part of Barney's Friends during that time as well, worked alongside Selena. Selena Gomez tried out for different roles and programmes after leaving Barney and Friends, but did not succeed. Her role was only a tiny one in the 2003 film Mini Spies 3 (Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over) and another like Julie on Walker Texas Ranger: Trial by Fire. Also, she was offered the role as Emily Grace Garcia in the film in 2006. Brain Zapped program for which she wrote a song.
